Rachael Roset joins Water Polo NZ as Performance Manager

We’re delighted to welcome Rachael Roset to Water Polo New Zealand as Performance Manager, covering for Helena Gasson during her maternity leave until May 2026.

Rachael will be working across both the men’s and women’s performance programmes. With extensive experience in the performance space, she brings a wealth of water polo knowledge and insight, and will play a key role in advancing our programmes and supporting the development of our national teams – from age group through to the White Caps.
