NZWP Community Competition Manager is leaving

It is with regret we announce Leonie Phillips has resigned from her role at NZ Water Polo, with her last day being 9 May 2024. In true Leonie fashion, her dedication to our sport shines through right to her last day – she will be supporting the delivery of NZ Secondary Schools Nationals this weekend in Wellington and the April Flippa Ball Festival before she goes.  

In her time with NZ Water Polo Leonie has led our community competitions, our community relationships and Flippa Ball and has been a helping hand wherever needed; we are grateful to her for her hard work and dedication in these spaces. I’m sure this won’t be the end of her pool side duties as she leaves us however, please give your thanks and reach out to her in the coming weeks.
