Seeking applicants for Appeals & Disciplinary Lists

Water Polo New Zealand are seeking applicants for our Disciplinary and Appeals Lists. 

We're seeking a minimum of five people per list — if you're passionate about upholding fairness and integrity in sport, we want to hear from you!

The process to being selected to the Disciplinary Committee and Appeals Tribunal is outlined below:

Disciplinary Committee

• Members List chosen annually by Board
• CEO or Board nominee chooses 3 panel members and names one as Chair for each enquiry. 

Appeals Tribunal

• Members List chosen annually by Board (different people to Disciplinary)
• Chairperson appointed annually, must be a lawyer 5 years
• Chairperson (lawyer) chooses the additional 2 people to serve on Appeals Tribunal with them from the member list the Board has chosen – for each Appeal.
