High Performance Manager

NZ Water Polo is looking for a full time High Performance Manager.

This role is only open to female applicants.

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and highly motivated female professional, who is passionate about athlete development and ready to take on a challenge in a newly created position of High-Performance Manager with New Zealand Water Polo.

Reporting to the HPD, your core focus in this role will be leading the development and implementation of a high performance program that will enable New Zealand water polo athletes to achieve success and fulfill their potential at the highest levels of competition. This is underpinned by a development and performance pathway strategy from end to end.
