Water Polo New Zealand is pleased to share several updates from across our team.

HPSNZ Women’s Residency appointment

We are pleased to announce Rachael Roset has been appointed White Caps Women’s Campaign Manager. This role is funded by HPSNZ, for which we are very grateful.

Campaign Logistics Lead

Crystal Barnard, who has been assisting the WPNZ performance team with logistics over the last years, will increase her input and support in a new role as Campaign Logistics Lead.

Operations

We also acknowledge Helena Gasson, who will leave Water Polo New Zealand to take up a new opportunity through the HPSNZ Women in Sport Residency programme with Swimming New Zealand. Helena will take on the role of High Performance Development and Pathway Manager.

Helena has made a valued contribution to Water Polo New Zealand as Operations Manager, and we thank her for her commitment, hard work and support of the sport. We wish her all the best for this next chapter with Swimming New Zealand.

As part of this transition, Jessica Milicich will take over operations responsibilities through to December, including supporting the management of uniforms and uniform orders. Jess brings relevant experience from her previous role as a KAP7 representative and will provide continuity across these areas during this period.
