World Aquatics Women in Water Polo Leadership Programme

Congratulations to Rachael Roset (Coach) and Megan Perry (Referee) for being selected from an international pool of 96 applicants to join the World Aquatics Women in Water Polo Leadership Programme.

With only 25 places available, having two New Zealand representatives selected is an incredible achievement. We’re so proud to see their dedication, leadership, and passion for water polo recognised on this global stage.

This inaugural programme celebrates the incredible work women are already doing in the sport and is designed to complement their expertise by creating opportunities to connect, share experiences, and explore leadership at the highest levels, helping shape the future of water polo worldwide.
