Exciting Women’s High Performance Opportunities with WPNZ

Water Polo New Zealand (WPNZ), in partnership with High Performance Sport New Zealand (HPSNZ), is pleased to announce two exciting opportunities within the women’s high performance programme:

• Women’s Campaign Operations Lead (0.5 FTE)
• Women’s Team Manager (0.5 FTE)

The roles may also be combined into one full-time position for the right candidate.

Supported through HPSNZ’s Women in High Performance Sport Residency Experience, the successful applicant(s) will receive access to leadership development opportunities, mentoring, and networking designed to support future female leaders in high performance sport.

The positions involve supporting athletes, coaches and staff through campaign operations, logistics, communication, planning, team management, and domestic and international travel.

WPNZ is seeking organised, collaborative and motivated individuals with a passion for high performance sport and a desire to make a meaningful impact within the women’s programme.
